Introducing Audrey Leona Gallaher

 Audrey Leona Gallaher was born June 19, 2012 at 9:12 pm. She was a whopping 8 lbs. and 15 oz. and was 21 inches long!

Mason’s first Double Decker

Last Saturday was Oxford’s annual Double Decker Arts Festival. It was a hot, sunny day (hence the hat and lots of sunscreen!) and it definitely took it’s toll on Mason! He was conked out most of the time we were there! It was also NFL draft day and so his daddy made sure he wore his "01 Draft Pick” outfit...for everyone who makes comments about him being a football player :)

Happy Easter!

 So sorry we haven’t updated in a while...Things have been a little busy, as you can imagine! We finally finished Mason’s nursery and have begun work on baby #2’s nursery (we are still undecided on a name for her.) Preston has refinished a dresser/changing table and I have been painting a wall stencil on an accent wall in the new nursery. Here are some pics of our handiwork...and of course LOTS of pics of our little guy. He is growing SO fast and changing so much!!! He has reached a lot of milestones recently: rolling over from back to tummy and from tummy to back, he cut his first two teeth, he’s sitting up unassisted, babbling “ba, ba, ba, ba, ba...” He is so much fun and such a blessing!

This one and the next few are of Mason’s nursery...

We had a mini-getaway in Las Vegas for a few days for Valentines day :) We saw “O” Cirque du Soleil and also “Viva Elvis” Cirque du Soleil. Oh and we ate at lots of delicious restaurants (which made this pregnant girl happy!)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Wow, what a year!! 2011 held many exciting times and experiences for the Gallahers. Angela and I had the chance to take a dream vacation to Italy, which was awesome. I started my first job out of residency in Mississippi after a wild job hunt. We were reminded more than ever this year that God is in control. He is sovereign and He can be trusted with every detail of our lives. As we were moving into our house in Oxford, MS, in late July, we received a call that we had been chosen to adopt Mason, who was born August 10, 2011!!

We shared our news of Baby #2 with our family over Christmas. Another precious gift from God! A very unexpected one :)  Due June 20, 2012. This is the ultrasound taken at 7 weeks.
